What I offer

I offer personalised coaching through regular communication and a science backed approach. I use Training Peaks to deliver your programme and focus on runners of all abilities with goals ranging from completing a 5k to competing in 100+ mile ultras. Though my background is strongest in ultra endurance events and trail racing, I welcome anyone who is passionate about running and improving. With over 30 ultra marathons completed and multiple podium finishes in competitive UK races, I have the experience to help you conquer your running goals.​​
